Laguna Seca cars are powered by the V8 even smooth, high-winding 5.0-liter 440-hp, the standard Boss, since the engine has already been set specifically for road racing. Instead, engineers have turned their attention to providing power to the ground more efficiently, and get the car around a track as quickly as possible.

Laguna Seca Car eliminate rear seats, instead of adding a cross-car X-brace that couples the structure between the rear wheels. The brace offers improved chassis rigidity up 10 percent and allows the suspension tuning – precisely calibrated Mustang team members – to do their job better.

Standard Recaro front seats have been designed by Ford SVT in collaboration with Recaro for high performance Mustang models, which are shared between employer and GT500. A wheel race Alcantara covered steering provides a solid grip for cornering.

Road horsepower six-speed close-ratio manual gearbox with a Torsen differential 3.73 ratio limited slip rear suspension help deliver revised its maximum torque and traction in punishing conditions found on the runway.
